This Information Bulletin concerns the use of your Personal account and the following points:
(1) CHOICE OF ACCOMMODATION,

(5) PAYMENT of the CONFERENCE FEE

GENERAL REMARKS
All information should be communicated via your Personal Account at the Conference site.
You can add the information gradually.
The data communicated previously are displayed at the main Personal Account page.
Please note that the content of each block can only be changed/updated before the corresponding deadline.
To save the input data, the chosen options, and comments in each block, please do not forget to press
the [Apply] button at the bottom.
To return to the main Personal Account page without saving new information, press the [Cancel] button.
Important:
for security reasons please do not use Back navigation button in your browser to backtrack
over previous pages.
When in changing/updating mode, use the [Cancel] button at the bottom to return
to the main Personal Account page.
When on the main page, press the [Update...] button in the corresponding block to change/update the information

(1) CHOICE OF ACCOMMODATION
The Organizing Committee recommends the Korston Hotel Moscow****.
The hotel is located within walking distance (10 - 15 minutes) from the Lebedev Institute (the conference site).
A shuttle bus will be running daily between the hotel and the Institute in the morning, in the evening,
and at lunch time.
It is our pleasure to offer discount prices for the duration of the Conference.
Depending on the chosen option, the discount price ranges from Euro 140 to 230.
For example, the Comfort option is Euro 140 - 155 per night.
Precise prices (fixed in Russian roubles), details on two types of payment, and selection of a
particular accommodation option are available in the Accommodation block of your Personal Account by
pressing the [UpdateAccommodation] button.
Please make your final decision concerning the accommodation no later than March, 25.
The discounted prices apply if the payment is made before April, 20.
In case you prefer finding an accommodation in Moscow by yourself, please choose “No” in front
of the correspondent question ("Do you need accommodation in Moscow? ").
However, an additional reason why we recommend the Korston hotel is that this simplifies the visa support routine

(2) PERSONAL INFORMATION needed for the VISA APPLICATION
Filling the visa information block at your Personal Account is necessary for all participants and
accompanying persons who need a Russian entry visa.
For each participant and accompanying person,
we will prepare the documents needed for visa application as required by Russian authorities.
Applying for a visa requires a hard copy of the official invitation. We will compile it based on:
- the information you provide in the Visa block of your Personal Account;
- a scanned version or photocopy of your passport page(s) containing the holder's photograph, name,
passport number, and expiration date, which should also be uploaded to your Personal Account.
The procedure of obtaining a Russian visa may be slightly different in different countries and depends,
for example, on your travel plans inside Russia
(to be specified in the visa block of your Personal Account as well).
ALL THE NECESSARY DATA for the visa application
MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE ORGANIZERS NO LATER THAN MARCH 25, 2012

(3) ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE
The Organizing Committee will arrange the transfer between the airport and the hotel on your arrival and departure.
Please provide the arrival/departure information in the relevant block of your Personal Account

(4) TITLE and ABSTRACT of YOUR TALK
The estimated time of a talk will be 20-30 minutes, but the actual schedule may vary in different sections.
There will be a very limited number of 40-min plenary talks for general audience in theoretical physics.
We also plan to publish abstracts of the talks as a booklet before the conference and make it available
to the participants. The size of an abstract should be 5-15 lines (no more than 25 lines).
Please submit definitive TITLE and ABSTRACT of your talk via the Title/Abstract block of your
Personal Account. Because preparation of the booklet will take some time, please submit your
abstract no later than April 20, 2012.
If you need to mention coauthor(s) of your talk, please indicate their affiliation(s) in the Comment field.
If you have already sent us a preliminary title and/or abstract, please do submit the final versions.
Please do not forget to have all your favorite (La)TeX macros defined in your contribution.
MSWord special symbols and symbols from national alphabets are not allowed

(5) REGISTRATION FEE
The reduced conference fee is Euro 300 for a participant and Euro 150 for each accompanying person if payed
no later than 30 April, 2012. As of 1 May, the fee is Euro 360 for a participant and Euro 180 for
an accompanying person. The fee covers a welcome party, the banquet, coffee breaks, and other organizational
costs, plus transportation from and to the airport.
The conference fee is only payable NONCASH by a transfer using the bank details below or by paying the invoice.
Please follow the procedure described at the bottom of your Personal Account page in the Conference Fee Details block.

For a better control of the transfer, it would be appreciated if you inform the Organizing Committee via

FINAL REMARKS
Deadlines:
(1) choice of accommodation, 25 March;
payment for the accommodation with discount, 20 April;
(2) visa information, 25 March;
(3) talk title and abstract, 20 April;
(4) payment for the conference fee with discount, 1 May.
The Cultural Program block will soon appear in your Personal Account.
Sometimes (especially when you change location) the system will ask to enter the login and
password twice at the login. This is a normal security feature of the system.
