Nonlinear dissipative systems, self-organization of coupled
oscillators.
Main results
concern the modelling of autooscillating biological systems.
The detailed kinetic model of lipid peroxidation in open
renewing membranes has been developed as well as its bifurcation
analysis. The dynamic modes of membrane model were compared
with basic regimes of mammalian cell cycle.
The current research interests
include the main direction of research is investigation of
rhythmogenesis in the almost homogeneouse network of relaxation
oscillators. The application of dynamic results to the explanation
of temporal complexity observed in multicellular objects.
