Electron-hole liquid. Correlation energy calculations. Exitons. Energy spectra of narrow-gap semiconductor heterostructures.

Main results:
Energy of electron-hole liquid in polar semiconductors, in magnetic fields, in quasi two-dimensional and one-dimensional high anisotropic systems, in thin semiconductor films, and dielectric electron-hole liquid was obtained. Energy spectra of narrow-gap semiconductor heterostructures are investigated.

Current interests:
spin splitting, interface states, exitons and collective effects in narrow-gap semiconductor heterostructures.
